Article 19 is a podcast rooted in the firm belief that access to information is a human right. Here we offer conversations and interviews for increasing awareness, empathy, and expertise around digital inclusivity. A little nerdy, and a little techy, we hope listeners end up more informed too. We will also address why the oxford comma is awesome, and always more accessible.

In this second part of the conversation with Miso Kwak, Nate Stauffer and Jason Brillon, the Article 19 gang does a very deep dive into social identities and technology. The conversation that started with a great deal of discussion about education, expands into the broader society's changing or changed cultural expectations and norms. Looking at inclusivity from all angles, there is a sense that as society shifts, the issues that people have should be spun around (and like accessibility) focused less on the person and more on the other person or 'user' in a context. If we apply good UX design to our life outside of technology, we may find there is a parallel that applies. Again, the adage holds true - often what is necessary for some is beneficial for all.
